Token is excited to announce its new Zapier integration capabilities! By partnering with Zapier, our most premium features are now available to a whole new host of events and organisers, regardless of which ticketing platform is used.
What is Zapier?
Zapier is the bridge that connects over 1500 apps and businesses together, allowing them to integrate, communicate and automate off of each other. As Zapier themselves describes it, “Goodbye, busywork”.
What does this mean for Token?
Put simply, Token can now provide its enterprise features to a much wider audience. A good example of this would be online top-ups. Leading up to the event, our Zapier integration enables attendees to use their ticket barcode to do a top up pre event. When they arrive onsite, their barcode is scanned and attached to the wristband along with any cashless credit purchased – magic! Not only are you providing a seamless attendee experience, you’re also reducing the need for expensive onsite top up staff.
But that’s just one side of things, we can also now validate tickets in real time and provide granular data insights around how your guests interact with your event – features once only possible when used alongside our partner companies Ticketbooth and Showclix are now available no matter who you choose as your ticketing provider.
What does this mean for me?
If you were interested in Token but weren’t ready to make the jump into one of our partner companies, now you can bring our cashless solutions to your event! If your current provider is also integrated into Zapier, we can seamlessly communicate between the two systems. As for added cost or effort? There’s absolutely none for you.
